Additionally, Steve worked for two major Banks as head of Real Estate Industries and was engaged with the origination of residential/income property and managed the collections and resolutions for problem loans.
Situs has teamed up with Dutra-Cerro-Graden and was selected as the leading consultant for Hayward Unified School District's effort to evaluate their under utilized real estate properties. This multi-year project can impact 16 different properties. We have consulted with various developers including; Integral Communities of Newport Beach, CA for entitlement assistance, William Lyon Homes assisting with land planning, entitlements and community outreach, META Housing a 140 unit affordable apartment complex, obtained entitlements and State Funding. These are examples of residential project that generated very high profit margins. SITUS was also called upon to assist Santa Lucia Bank with a golf course property they acquired, which was analyzed and liquidated to their satisfaction. The City of Hayward used SITUS to analyze six major City owned parcels for future development potential, valued at $93 million.
